Returns Period:
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return clothing items for a refund or exchange.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Swimwear and intimate apparel must have hygiene stickers intact.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Submitting a Return:
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:
- Fill out the returns submission form, available here.
- Once you've submitted the form, an email confirmation with further instructions will be sent to you.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a similar box.
- Include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation inside the package.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the new item details on the returns submission form. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at firstanddown@outlook.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
