Thank you for choosing FIRST & DOWN for your clothing needs. We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our returns policy below:

Returns Period:
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return clothing items for a refund or exchange.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel must have hygiene stickers intact.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Submitting a Return:
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the returns submission form, available here.
  2. Once you've submitted the form, an email confirmation with further instructions will be sent to you.
  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a similar box.
  4. Include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation inside the package.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the new item details on the returns submission form. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at firstanddown@outlook.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
